"The Resort had a lot to offer those who like to partake in games of chance… connected to the Hotel is a Casino and Woodbine Horse Track. During our stay, there was horse racing going on. First time ever seeing horse races and was quite smitten with the whole affair. One can sit back and just watch… and enjoy the majesty of those beautiful horses."

"The Room was tidy and clean upon arrival. Staff offered help and was friendly. Not alot of communication from front desk when checking in about cost/fees. Had to go to my bank app to find that out. Walls in building are thin. Could hear ppl talking from in their rooms/the hallway Haven't had their breakfast service or used their parking, so I can't form an opinion on that. Their firealarm sounds like a xylophone. They had vending machines arpund the hotel which was nice for any late night drink/snacks. Our room came with free complimentary drinks of water."

"From the moment I walked in, the customer service was fantastic. Everyone working there was helpful and anticipatory, which made it a wonderful experience. The rooms were a little on the small side, which is normal for Toronto, but they were super clean, modern, and comfortable. The air fan was a little loud in my room, but it just became white noise and I didn’t mind it. The breakfast buffet was high quality! There was a great selection to choose from and everything tasted great. I wish my stay would’ve been longer, I would love to stay there again!"

"Room was very clean and spacious. Great amenities with the kitchenette. Perfect location with the subway stop right at King and surrounded by fantastic options for food. Super helpful staff who offered to store our luggage for a bit after check-out. Cannot say enough good things, will definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful hotel and very central to many downtown Toronto activities. I’ve stayed here a few times and the check in process is always very slow. I’m not sure why. The new elevator system is efficient but staff aren’t very good at explaining how it works so it took a moment to figure it out Our room was beside a room with a very unhappy baby and we were woken up many times throughout the night. I didn’t realize how thin the walls are until this stay. Just something to keep in mind."

"Stayed here for the Iron Maiden concert at Scotiabank Arena, the location is fantastic! Just steps away from all the main attractions, lots of services nearby including a Shoppers, Tim’s, LCBO, and nearly limitless restaurants! Hotel staff and the room were marvelous."
