“Spacious room in a delightful farmhouse set in majestic countryside. Host Alison was charming and helpful. Quiet with very comfortable bedding, delicious continental breakfast overlooking Scottish countryside. We felt at home here and most certainly plan to return in future. Wayne and Annabelle ”

“This was part of a two stage trip and after a 6 hour drive we entered the pleasant good sized car park. The room we were given was very nice and a decent size. The meals were excellent and brought to us in good time, including a ver good breakfast. Best of all were the staff who were pleasant and efficient throughout. ”

“What a find! On our way from Edinburgh to the Isle of Skye, it was the perfect stop. The restaurant was cozy, the food good, and the live music in the cozy bar was a huge bonus! Band members even took the time to chat when they wrapped up just before 9 p.m. Parking was free and convenient (a little tricky to find; it's tucked close to the building and not marked). The bed and bedding was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. It has historic character, also a bonus. Loved it!”

“Place was clean and the host was super kind. A bit of an uphill walk if youre coming from the town but it is really close to a lovely viewpoint that overlooks the town. Very nice at sunset!”

“Lovely old mansion turned Inn on the Promenade. Beautiful room and delicious food. Very nice bar and relaxing places to sit and enjoy the moment. ”
