The spa is outstanding, although the treatments are overpriced, which seems to be common at luxury resorts. They offer complimentary hydrotherapy tours, and I highly recommend trying them. It’s a great way to enjoy the spa experience.
The food was also surprisingly good for an all-inclusive. Honestly, this is the best food I’ve had at an all-inclusive resort so far. There was a good variety, and the quality exceeded my expectations.
But what impressed me the most was the staff and service. This is hands down the best all-inclusive service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They weren’t just nice because you gave them tips. The kindness felt sincere, and that made the experience even more special.
The butler service was amazing! Our butler Kelly was attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, making our stay feel even more personalized. The Le Blanc app was also incredibly useful.
The only downside is the pressure to join their Palace Elite membership. They can be persistent, but you’ll be fine if you know how to say no.
