“Amazing, truly an exceptional cottage. Has everything you could possibly need. Excellent communications. Was met by Sue, the host at check in. She went through everything I needed to know. The cottage is situated opposite the Eagle and child pub. Delicious food, super friendly and great value for money. Will definitely be returning. ”

“Here’s a polished, firm but fair review you can use (keeps your key points but strengthens the impact): I stayed at Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa (room 50) and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I was not informed at the time of booking that a wedding would be taking place. I have no issue with events being held, but the noise continued until around 1am and made it impossible to get any sleep. When I raised this with staff, I was simply told “there’s nothing we can do as it’s a wedding.”...

“Excellent breakfast, well presented with good choice, lovely owners, nothing too much trouble. Everything was top class in every aspect. Decor, dining room, bedroom. Coffee/tea etc was always replenished without asking. They had really thought everything out to please guests. This hotel was in easy walking distant to all facilities. Could not fault it. The nicest hotel we had ever stayed in.”

“Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. ”

“It's was an experience we wanted, to stay in a castle. The Ruthin Castle has a ton of history. It's a bit run down but I guess that could be the charm. The bathroom was beautiful, the rooms (bedroom and living room) were large. Overall, the place seemed quiet and dark. There is not a lot to do in Ruthin. The staff was nice and the room was clean.”
