โNight staff member was super nice and helpful. Coffee machine was delicious. Our room was very clean and spacious and designed beautifully. Hotel is next to a quick oil change place that we used since we were traveling and a diner, whose menu looked amazing, but was closed the day we were there sadly. โ
โThis was a nice, stately hotel with Southern charm. Located steps away from city center with plenty of dining options within a few minutes' walk. Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the courtyard. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast buffet! Highly recommended!โ
โNo matter what room you are assigned, you can pull right up to your door, even on the second floor! They have designed a driveway to go up to the second level, so no stairs. As a person with a disability, I REALLY appreciated this! Everything was wonderful, except the bed; the mattress was way too soft and my back was a wreck the next morning. Otherwise, great stay!โ
โHad not stayed at Peaks of Otter for several years. Our stay was enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and extra communicative. Truly a pleasurable experience.โ
