“The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B...

“Breakfast was delicious and filling. Melissa and Eric were excellent hosts. I enjoyed the porch swings on the front porch. Location was convenient. The Callhoun square room had a mini fridge and Keurig. The pool was smaller than it looked in the photos, it was maybe 10 ft x 12 ft and luckily my husband an I were the only ones in it. Th jacuzzi in our room was nice but plan for about an hour to fill it, the jets were loud though. Overall, we really enjoyed it. Ashley, that works in the kitchen...

“Although the place was under renovation upstairs when we visited I didn’t reflect that in my review. The house was located so close to Forsyth park and we were able to walk around historic Savannah with no difficulty. Abigail the manager of the bed and breakfast did a great job with breakfast, waters upon arrival, giving us a map of the are and even a happy hour of wine and cheese from 4-5 pm. “Great hotel and the location was perfect. We experienced one paranormal event right before leaving! Saw a bright flash of light in the room not long after discussing that we weren’t sure if our specific room had ghosts.”
