"The only place we stay at in Pretoria. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, parking is safe, and there are lots of restaurant and shopping options within a few feet. We tried the hotel restaurant for the first time and were less than impressed. The food wasn't good and neither was the service. We probably won't eat there again. Other than that everything is great. Shout out to the parking security team who always remember us and treat us like family!"

"The stay was excellent, only the challenge was the TV that was not clear with stars. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too. Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too. It's my wish that the Hotel convey my thanks and appreciations to them all."
