“Let me start with the positives: the hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and a short walk from town. The lobby is beautifully decorated which gives it a nice first impression. Having said that, we had a very poor experience at this hotel for a few reasons. The rooms are tiny so don't expect much comfort or luxury. They ticked most boxes for a 4 star hotel by doing the absolute minimum: most amenities are there, but crammed into a space the size of a caravan. But the worst part was...

“Very nice hotel! It looks modern, sleek, clean. Staff was always helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is in the middle of a business/Industrial site, still nice and no noisy. Alicante and Elche are about 20-25 minutes away. They provided boxed water in the room which was nice. Breakfast was consistent and good quality. The only thing is that they closed their pool area at 8pm, and it is spring/ summer time! Sun is still out and hot ;) We were a group of 9, I would stay again!”

“Mit dem Urlaub waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, besonders die Rezeption. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Reinigungspersonal aber nicht immer aufmerksam. Sehr schön war der Pool 😊. Man beachte: Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Strand oder der Stadt Alicante. Man benötigt für Ausflüge einen Mietwagen oder ein Taxi, zumal Busse nur vereinzelt über Tag fahren und auch nicht alle Ziele ansteuern. Hingegen sind die Fahrpreise sehr günstig.
