"Okay property for a quick in and out near the airport. Having an airport shuttle is plus and that’s one of the reasons we stayed there."

"The bed was huge and comfortable which provided a good rest after nearly 30 hours of flights. Ordered a grilled chicken breast from room service which had a weird crunchy texture. Breakfast was quite well varied with eggs, vegetables and avocado. Slight inconvenience of having to take hot water from the bar as there was no kettle in the room. Would expect an international brand hotel to provide basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. "

There was conflicting information on the booking and website about late night check in. I took the chance and turned up anyway. "

"Beautiful old hotel near centre of Santiago. Comfortable stay, bathroom could do with an upgrade. Lovely old furniture. Pool was not warm. Bar meals ok but expensive. Staff friendly and helpful. "
