The hotel is well located, extremely clean, well organized, and offers spacious rooms that are cozy, warm, and very comfortable,especially important during the Korean winter. I would like to give special recognition to Alice Kim, who truly made a difference in our experience. She provided outstanding service and was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was wonderful, but Alice Kim’s service deserves special mention. "The room was spotless and the washer and dryer in the room helped us tremendously with our laundry during this winter trip. Do bring your own washing liquid or buy individual sachets at 1K WON for each wash."

"Location was good as it was 5-10 min walk away from the nearby stations like the Yeoksam, Seonleung, and the seonjeongneung stations. Staff was courteous, patient, and efficient. Special shout-out to Han Paul at the front desk for being very professional during my stay here. There is a 7-11 and a pastry store right underneath the hotel for late-night snacks and purchases. Would stay here again!"

"My first stay at this fantastic hotel. Stayed for a total of 8 nights. The modern-ness and cleanliness of the facilities, the utmost professionalism and friendliness of the staff was remarkable. In-room dining service was great as well - my only comment on this is that perhaps due to the spectacular dining options / restaurants in the vicinity - breadth of in-room dining menu was slightly less than what I had expected. But overall - a great memorable stay at this hotel; would definitely stay again when given a chance!"
