"the building is gorgeous. as for the interior, my room was great. very comfortable, the AC worked excellently which was quite important. staff were very warm and helpful. I was able to leave my bag upon arrival in the morning and upon check out. I paid for the breakfast and it was very good but imo could be better. But good value. I'd be happy to stay here again."

"Clean and modern rooms, central, friendly staff... day concierge was very helpful and professional. Night concierge was not so much, sent me to a restaurant that had stopped serving food, and didn't specify to the taxi company that we were four people with suitcases when ordering a cab to the airport. We were lucky our driver was so creative and our kids were so small. Would stay again."

"Position of the property was excellent just opposite the park .room was good but could have done with a bit of an upgrade .We noticed a slit in the curtain and the sink plug wouldnt come back up if you pressed it down .Minor things but could easily be put right .Breakfast was good if you wanted a cooked breakfast but continental not alot of choice.We were able to park which made things better.Lovely stay enjoyed the live music but there could have been more .Staff very polite and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again .Weather was hot and so glad of the air conditioning."

"Booked through Hotels.com. Sadly the room advertised wasn’t the room we felt we got. Booked executive got deluxe. Room was nice. But very high windows which unless you were 6ft you couldn’t see out. Room was well decorated. Bed was very comfy. Nice temperature in room. Bathroom was nice. Room was a little dark near desk for getting ready, Breakfast room looked very nice. Well laid out buffet. Breakfast looked lovely but a little cold. Coffee was great. Would like to stay again. Hopefully it would turn out a little better. Didn’t use the pool facilities."
