"Quiet and clean! Spent the week with my daughter and had such a wonderful vacation. Located on the west side of Maui, near so many sandy beaches and restaurants. Snorkeled at Black Rock beach and swam with the sea turtles and fish only found in Hawaii . The condo had a full kitchen that we used through-out the stay. We never ran out of things to do. "Just spent a week here. Overall had a great stay. The resort is dated but less expensive than many other options. Our room was clean, large and comfortable. Big bathroom with great shower and tub. The doors in the suite had slats in them so light and sound went through them which wasn't our favorite. Parking spaces are very small and narrow and sometimes hard to find (usuall at night). While they do offer free use of washers and dryers, there are only one of each for an entire floor! I had to visit many floors to find open ones. The worst part was the Breakfast Buffet. It was included with our stay, but if we had changed to breakfast not included we could of saved money on the room. Even being "free", we often didn't eat it. The food quality was absolutely horrible."

"Property is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the ocean view suites. Rooms could use a little updating. Firepit did not work, furniture was old. At one point during our stay, staff set up a huge double white tent in front of our suite for one and a half days, completely blocking our view, as well as compromising our privacy. Apparently there was a wedding event, but the tent could have been set up in a different location. I did call to complain and the manager did remove all of the hotel taxes for the week that we were there."
