“Laundry room was look, yet no notice was place on the door staying that the laundry room was out of order. The sign on the door read " go to the front desk for the keys" to use the laundry room. Yet when i went there i was told the machine was broken. I dont believed that was the truth. It seem to me that they simply didnt want me to use the laundry room because i look simple. ”

"The location is excellent. Overall, the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and decent, but they do not meet the high-end quality I imagined when booking. It's an average hotel, but it has a few drawbacks.
Firstly, it was listed as offering free breakfast, but instead of an actual free breakfast, they provide a credit that can be used like a voucher for the total amount. The breakfast itself is not great for the price, so it doesn’t seem worth selecting. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the bathroom, which is a disappointing omission.
The tap water is also quite murky. They claim it’s mineral water, but it just looks dirty. Being sensitive, I also experienced minor skin irritation after using the water.
The pool and fitness center are somewhat small but usable. This hotel is $40–50 more expensive than others, and I booked it for the pool and breakfast as its advantages, but they weren’t particularly necessary, as the experience is ultimately similar to other hotels.
It wasn’t a bad experience, but I’ll likely try other hotels next time."
