"The rooms were lovely, but I would not stay here again. I had messaged days before my stay to request early check-in. They answered via Expedia promptly and stated that I would need to call the day of, which was fine. When I landed, I called and left a message (12:00 p.m.). I did not receive a call back. I called again about an hour later and again, I left a message (1:00 p.m.). When I checked in, I mentioned it and received the response that it had been a very busy morning. They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was very appreciated. On Saturday morning (9:00 a.m.), I realized that although my hairdryer turned on, it was only blowing cold air. I called and again left a message, stating the problem. However, I was at a conference all day and would not have time to call back or go to the office. If someone could kindly drop off a new hairdryer (they were welcome to enter the room) and call me back. No one returned my call or replaced the hairdryer. Moving forward, I will choose a more traditional hotel model."
