“We stayed in eight different hotels during our two week trip to the UK and this was by far our favorite because we booked a private in Japan cabin on the water. It was brand new and perfectly maintained and you could tell the owners really care. “Super Zimmer und fantastische Lage.”

“Linens could use some updating but the room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Not fancy but a clean safe place to spend the night. Kathleen was lovely. Only negative for me was the stairs to my room. I am a 70 year old solo traveler and getting a suitcase up the steep stairs is a bit of a problem. No reflection on Kathleen because the house is charming… but not suitable for limited mobility.”

“The hostel was clean and comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Torridon is a short walk away with a general store and there is a lovely cafe nearby too. ”

“Beautiful place.”
