“Pillows were very thick for sleeping but good for sitting up to watch tv. So those with neck issues, I recommend bringing your own pillow. Bed was very comfy. Room and bathroom was very clean. Free shuttle was perfect for a hot day to get down to the port and shopping. Internet was not great and only included basic plus fee, however you could watch YouTube and Netflix etc on the tv. “We truly enjoyed our stay and would chose to stay there again. Our only advice is to please have some free coffee available in the lobby, an try to improve the breakfast at the restaurant on site - that was not a good experience (actually was a pretty bad experience) on what is an otherwise superb hotel!”
