“The hotel was fine. Staff was lovely. The Waterpark is great for young families. Lots of children. The water in the pools was not cooled and therefore not refreshing. Lazy river was nice. Restaurants were mediocre at best, yet costly. Many of the floors were slippery, including steps in main area, bathrooms in room and shower stalls. They forgot to clean our room and showed up at 5pm. Takes many many rings for guest services to answer phone. They were nice when answered. Perhaps they are...

“We had an extra large King room and it was so nice to have the space to move around. Having an actual table and comfortable chairs to sit and use as a work station was awesome. The bed was very comfortable The staff at check in and check out were very pleasant and genuinely interested in our stay. The breakfast offered had hot food (egg omelets and sausages one morning and scrambled eggs and bacon the next morning). Plenty of other usual choices; waffles, cereal, yogurt nd muffins. “Clean well-maintained property, freeway close to Phoenix (near I-17 and Loop 101) All staff were friendly, and courteous. Limited complimentary cocktails, food, and beverages available early evening. as well as a breakfast buffet in the morning. The bar has drinks and food available for purchase till closing. Highly recommended!”

“The rooms were clean but we were just at the Scottsdale Stay Bridge and it was much nicer facility, felt cleaner and did not smell bad. Compared to this one Phoenix I would not stay at again. Breakfast was not cooked as well as the Scottsdale location. The staff seemed like they were rushed and not helpful at the Phoenix location.”
