“Friendly staff, had a real country pub feel but in town. Food was really good. Will definitely stay again, thank you”

“Had a great time here although it was for business trip. Rooms were cosy and warm which was good because it was really cold when we visited. Rita at reception was very friendly and helpful.”

“ウィンブルドンの試合のために使用しました”

“Hotel is adequate, location is great. Staff mixed, First Lady on reception could not do enough to assist, the lady in the second day was not the same. The breakfast was poor,”

“This is not a hotel, it is a house with digital locks on the doors. Location on maps is wrong. I had to call someone to find the house and for them to let me in. Bathroom is not nice, the sink and shower are clearly blocked. Bedroom was okay but very basic. The person on the phone was helpful but I also got locked out of my room at 5am and couldn't get back in until I sent a message on WhatsApp. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend staying here.”

“Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.”

“생각보다 공간이 크고 욕실도 크고 물도 잘 나옴 하지만 실내슬리퍼, 욕실용품, 등 소품들이 안갖추어 있고 샤워부스가 없어 불편함 시내와 좀 떨어져 있음 같이 있는 펍레스토랑은 훌륭함”

“Very pleasant place to stay.”

“Always nice staying here, great value, parking, friendly staff. It's the perfect place to stay for business trips.”

“Located in a very picturesque high point on Richmond Hill. Hotel itself is a bit old and the passages are narrow but has old world charm and very English. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is first rate.”

“Clean room, great location, good breakfast”

“The room was spacious, and the mattress comfortable. The room was freezing cold, and I didn't get to speak with anyone to get heating. The duvet is very thin, so it was a cold stay. Also the shower wasn't great. Good water pressure mostly, but it did drop so the shower was more of a trickle than a shower. Plus, the shower wasn't all that clean- dusty and water marked.”
