“We loved our stay at the Three waters resort. Room was very clean, and the whole property was beautiful. we loved that house keeping came every day. We did wish some stuff stayed open a bit longer, a lot of the staff was so nice but there was a few that just seemed rude. Good and drinks are a little over priced. We did a snorkeling and sand bar tour that was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. It's a walk in pool that gradually gets deeper to a tall rock formation with a waterfall cascading down with cool refreshing water. You can relax in the pool with a picturesque ocean view. The property is owner operated, so much love goes into the care of the property.”

“Nice property- very clean, helpful and kind staff, and we loved the amenities. Paddleboarding and kayaking was incredible! This is a hidden little gem in FL Keys. We stayed off the main property in the townhouses along the canal, and it felt so private. It was nice to be able to leave the main property and have some quiet time but also use all the amenities at the main property when we wanted. We would definitely stay again!!”

“I have mixed reviews. The staff was very helpful, especially the lobby bartender, Marcus. The grounds and the pool area are very nicely maintained. The location is very close to Bud and Mary's marina, where my husband booked a half day fishing charter. Also, very close to the Midway Cafe- excellent coffee and key lime pie! My main complaint would be the rooms. They definitely need some upgrades. Our room smelled musty and the hallway did also. Mildew stains on the patio curtains....
