“Stayed for two nights midweek. At first we wondered what we had come to as there was a urine smell at the bottom of the stairwell, but maybe this was pervading from outside as the door is not a well fitting one, because as we further ascended the smell went, and once in our room it was fine. Very clean. Comfy bed. Think there must be a problem with the plumbing though as the hot tap water wasn’t just hot it was scorching - very dangerous - and the cold tap ran warm, not cold.
