"Overall the hotel is nice, modern and clean but there is nothing to do or eat around it. We had to go out for everything and the shuttle service is horrible. Uber doesn't even recognize it on their app as a pickup location."

Staff was very helpful with a late checkout ($7.50 USA). Also assisted us in getting a larger taxi to leave the next day."

"The hotel staff were all smiling and friendly, but the attitude of two women at the casino's rewards center was extremely bad, making for an unpleasant experience. The dealers and supervisors working on the floor were pleasant."

"The room was so warm I was sweating, couldn’t sleep. Stayed for 8 days and I was speaking to reception and they just kept on telling me that it is centralized. The temperature inside the room was 26.5 C (80 F). If you are thinking of staying in this hotel during this season, think again. They will not accommodate. Sometimes the A/C will start cooling for an hour or two and then stopped. Didn’t happen the last few days… the room felt stuffy and I started getting nausea from the heat. Never staying here again."

"Beautiful hotel next to the airport with lot of amenities. The only improvements I would recommend is to the rooms. They feel a little old with bathrooms that need some renovations and carpet that may need replacing. I recommend this hotel if looking for a place to stay close to the airport. "
