"We checked in as a family of 6. 2 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 6 to 18. On arrival we only had 4 towels in the bathroom and no conditioner. When housekeeping came by, they took the 4 dirty towels, said they could only leave 2 clean ones, and i would need to ask for more towels from the front desk. If they are taking 4, why can they only leave 2? For a family of 6?!? Then she said that i would have to ask the front desk for conditioner as well. Mind you, the shampoo and conditioner are mounted in the shower. What would i do if they gave me the bottle?!? No worries, the front desk said they couldn't give me conditioner as you need a special kep to replace the bottle and only the head housekeeping person has it. 4 days, never got the conditioner or additional towels. On our first day there were signs up saying the hot tub was out of order, but the pool wad open. On day 2 I saw steam rising from the hot tub, so i asked the front desk if it was still out of order... it was fixed, they just forgot to remove the signs. When you check in they give you a little yellow paper with your key saying they hope you give them a 10 if you get a survey request. I had hoped to get basic services during my stay. To end on a good note, Carmen, the breakfast attendant, was super nice ans helpful. She kept the food fresh and the area clean. "

"This is our second time staying here. We love this place. It’s super cute and well taken care of. Only suggestion I have is, the room we were in had no shelves in the shower to put your shampoo and things. It would be nice to have a place to set those things instead of the floor. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!! "

"The hotel is like a mall with the rooms being on 3 levels and the room enclosed by two large windows and a glass front door that has black out curtains attached. The curtains are not attached at the bottom so they move and open up whenever you walk by. Some rooms have shutters and those rooms I can see inside what’s on the floor even with the blinds closed. I didn’t feel comfortable dressing in the bedroom because of these windows and the door even with the curtains. The doors are opened by a keypad code so you have to make sure no one is watching you open your door. The pool is next to the foyer enclosed by an open slat fence. The hotel is perfect for families with kids. For someone that wants a quiet respite, I would not recommend this hotel because you will hear kids screaming in the pool and running up and down the halls. If you want to take a bath, you have to request a tub stopper from the desk. Also my bathtub shower handle was faulty so I could only choose between a lukewarm temp or scathing hot. There are no green areas around so it’s not ideal for dog travelers. The front desk was nice and the room was clean. Breakfast was just toast and various baked goods and cereal."

"Would not recommend. Light in sink area dd not work. Chair at desk was also broken. There were food crumbs from the elevator to the room where we stayed. The noise was an issue so if you're looking for a quiet place this is not it. The breakfast was good."

"We didn't bring pets but I seen people with them. It was super close to everything and the staff was amazing. It was super clean everyone we encountered was so friendly. Our son enjoyed the indoor playground and pool and feeding the fish definitely will be going back and we cant wait."
