“Booked a queen with a recliner. Got two queens. No check-in staff. No answer to phone”

“Bed was comfortable, nice lobby and desk clerk, breakfast was good and close to I-40.”

“Room was never cleaned after we were told it was gonna be cleaned every day Had to go get towels at the front desk every day too because they said they were gonna leave them at our room and never did. The breakfast is not all that good either”
