"Since we landed in terminal 5 and not that familiar with Heathrow, we had to take a cab to the hotel after a frustrating search for on inter terminal transportation! When we reached the hotel they were so friendly and welcoming, our frustration with a long and tiring day disappeared! They also explained the very easy paths to terminals 2 & 3, and provided a map complete with pictures of each turn we would need to take! The room was stotless and well appointed with lots of outlets for phones and iPads Would definately stay here again!"
