โFake Hotel posted as โMuong Thanh President Bac Ninhโ and use the photos of the โrealโ hotel with very similar name โMuong Thanh Luxury Bac Ninh.โ I went to the real Muong Thanh hotel. Staff told me itโs a scam. The โMuong Thanh President Bac Ninhโ doesnโt exist. They used the real hotelโs photo to post on Expedia and cheat for profits. The posted address is the same. I need a refund for this transaction. โ
โJust an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. โ
"I stayed for connecting rooms but shouldโve stayed at a different hotel. Slow elevator only one to the top floor. Good spa but could be better plus towels were a bit oily. Staffs were friendly but no sincerity. But room condition was clean and cozy. "
"Everything was really good, especially the kindness of the staff as well as the consideration of late-checkout. I was even able to take a shower after checking out so I could go to the airport with the fresh condition. I would definitely consider to be staying here again if I coming to Hanoi in the future. "
