“Staff very helpful”

“This is our second stay at Hotel Haya. You really can't go wrong choosing Hotel Haya -- it's close to everything to do in Ybor, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet. The pool was relaxing. We love the fitness center -- great equipment and clean! The bar has some really good N/A options -- we tried the "new" fashioned and were really impressed with the quality and flavor of the drink. More of these please!”

“We had a wonderful experience at this house. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended!”

“Overall it was a very nice place to stay. Had some issues communicating with the host that resulted in me getting a parking ticket. Another small issue is with all the traffic ( the loft sits directly on top of a bustling coffee shop and when the employees would slam the doors the whole room would shake and with the dog park right next door) its not the most conducive for a slumbering morning to sleep in. But again overall, the room was top notch, everything you need and the location was close...

“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”

“Danke fürs Upgrade! Haus und Zimmer wirken noch sehr neu und frisch, wie schön! Am frühen Abend gibt es - wie bei allen Drurys - ein kleines Bufffet. Nicht wahnsinnig hochwertig, aber immerhin eine Art Halbpension. Einzig muss man wissen: Die Grund-Lüftung des Hauses ist laut und nicht abzuschalten. Dazu hatten wir einen lauten Kühlschrank für die die Mini-Bar im Zimmer. War nachts störend! Ruhig ist anders, ansonsten aber empfehlenswertes Hotel!”
