Our stay at the hotel was not bad overall however the beds were not comfortable and the were small and pillows flat, we did request more for our daughter however the hotel said they were short and could only provide an extra one. It wasn’t what we are used to, we stay in similar stand hotels staying at Hilton / double tree and they are far better on a positive note the pool area was great

It was ok. But I missed breakfast the first day as I didn’t realise you had to book, and then the second day I had no breakfast included. I explained this to the desk staff hoping to get my breakfast the second day to no avail. Apart from that it’s a nice room in a decent location

It was very easy to get to and close to town Breakfast was great but the dining was just okay. Rooms were spacious but a little noisy coming from the pipes.

Good location with 10 min walk to town. Rooms are a good size for a family of 4. 25 minutes slot for swimming which wasn’t good, facilities weren’t explained well. Breakfast could have been better staff could be trained better. Reception staff were really good very helpful and were accommodating.

Great hotel
Have used this hotel many times before for our trips to York. Never any problems. Good quality rooms, great breakfast. It is about 10 minute walk to the centre of town which is far enough away to give a quieter environment.
