"Nice room!"

"Breakfast menu was delish and lots of choice - and free. Not so good - there was no Airport shuttle - that info is incorrect- please fix it as 80 Franc’s each way - expensive. Room was dated, but large for Europe. Restaurant - amazing food and we loved it and amazing staff. No air conditioning until warmer months. Windows open at night room resulting in sleepless nights - loud vehicles. Close to Lake 10 minute walk. We felt safe and staff were kind. Thank you. "

"very nice hotel room and very helpful staff, we were on the top floor and had a view of the alps from our bedroom, there were also terraces to watch the sunset. everything was very clean, would 100% recommend and stay again :)"

"NO air conditioning and NO cable TV (cast, screen mirroring also did not work - no internet in the room). I paid for a family room with a sofa bed for my mother and I and it was definitely not what was pictured. Same with the bathroom. Not sure if the photos are of rooms in this hotel at all? The only thing i appreciated was the friendly worker at breakfast - Esther!"
