United States of America Cheap Vacations

The room was consistently too hot or too cold. No microwave no washer & dryer. Outside of that the stay was fine.

I loved my stay at the horseshoe... But I will recommend to NEVER NEVER USE Expedia for any of you vacations or vacation packages. Expedia doesn't tell you ALL the INFORMATION YOU NEED! But all in all the Horseshoe was an amazing hotel to stay at!

The hotel was nice.The issue we had was the check in/check out. When we were in line to check in for about 1/2 hr we were approached if we would like to use the self check in. Since it was late, we’re tired as well, we decided to do the self check in. We told the guy that since we made a reservation thru Expedia, the only thing we needed to pay at the hotel was the resort fee (take note: we never used any of the amenities). Oh, we also paid extra so we could have the strip view. Here is when this all problem started. We got to the room but we were so disappointed cause the room had no strip view but the pool. So we had to go back all the way down and back to long line, waited for an hour or so to change the room. The 2nd room had the partial view of the strip. But since it was late at night and we’re so tired, we decided just to keep the room. But here is another issue. Before we checked out My hubby check our credit card statement Upon our surprised, we were charged again on our 2 days stay for $557. And of course, we were told that we needed to talk to the front desk on which it took us more than an hour again because of the long line. Also to find out to some other guest in line, they had the same issues (got double charged too). It was very frustrating. It was like we wasted so much time fixing all this issues that could probably avoided from the start. Sadly, for now-this might be the 1st & last time we’ll stay at Treasure Island 😟
