Mexico and Central America Eco-friendly Vacations

This is a tough review to write. First, the property is beautiful. It is well maintained and clean. The food was cooked very well and BUT FOR my next critique, I would give this place a 10/10. BUT, there is one big NO NO and it’s impossible to overlook. The dinner options are horrible. There is no dinner buffet which means you must eat at one of the restaurants. Normally, that would be a good thing BUT the wait times are crazy. Members are allowed to make reservations, others cannot. Sometimes you had to wait in excess of an hour to be seated. No bueno. Plus, the resort will shut down some restaurant choices. I close by saying, you need a dinner buffet as an option for people who cannot wait. Oh, the room service thingy is not cool either. Charging a $9 delivery fee but saying room service is part of the all inclusive is slightly misleading. All of this to say, if ever they offer a dinner buffet, I would easily return to this resort. But not before. 1 hour waits to have dinner is not okay.
