The front desk agent was unaware of the Hotels.com membership.
I addressed myself as a Gold member and requested a late check-out, and the employee did not even check the system to see what that was, but she said that the offer was only valid when the room was available only, while hotels.com guarantees 2 hours of late check out.
I returned the other day to check again and another agent helped me with the late checkout.

"Beautiful resort, very clean. The room was perfect for us. Only wish was there was a second bathroom. It was super spacious so that wasn’t the issue, just not having a second toilet with 4 people in the room (2 kids/2 adults). The “restaurants” were great food, staff and ambience. Problem was availability. ..."
