The hotel is a little tired, looks more like a 90s hotel. But cleanliness are good, and bed is soft. Overall is a good stay, but there was overnight construction/ works for the 2 days I was there. (Not within the hotels control)
Staff wasn't particularly friendly, not at the front desk nor at the Concierge.
They wasn't extremely helpful in helping us arrange food delivery and online delivery. The hotel doesn't provide a local number for the delivery staff to coordinate and we do not have one either. To be fair, they are not unhelpful just didn't make our trip easy. It could have been a policy issue, because my previous hotel was very accommodating. (Marriott)
Location here is good, very near Nanjing pedestrian road. However, if you have a stroller like us, take the road instead of through the shopping mall.
