Riviera Maya Kid friendly Vacations

The hotel was a short drive from the airport. I loved the nature paths to the rooms, as well as the big pool with enough space for everyone. The resort never felt crowded. The food options were great. Despite being an all-inclusive, the drinks were actually good. Also very family friendly!

Kinda of a bummer going to the pool and listening to renovations on cabanas. Tools being dropped boards being dropped a lot of noise. The pools were always very dirty lots of debri floating around. Half the elevators were out of the resort for those who have a hard time going up stairs that was a bummer for them. Long wait times for restaurants because the seating was very limited. Over all a ok experience.

The staff are absolutely the best! Can’t say enough good things about everyone at this resort!!!!!!

The resort is very kid-friendly — our kids loved the Aquazone and the foam party at the pool, and the main areas were nice. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms tidy, but the buildings with the rooms still felt dated, like the décor hadn’t been touched in 15 years. The food was the biggest letdown: salty, repetitive, and not very fresh, and a few of us even felt unwell. Room service was also painfully slow — over an hour wait for things that usually come out right away. On top of that, there was little AC or fans in many spots, so it was uncomfortably hot in the restaurants. Overall, amazing for kids, but the food, dated rooms, and slow service really took away from the experience.

The family and I had an amazing time. First time at the resort and by fart best one we’ve stayed in. The staff was amazing! We loved it there. From the time we arrived to the time we left the hospitality was great! Defiantly will recommend and book again. Thank you all!
