The staff was very attentive and super nice. The resort is beautiful and very laid back. We were so relaxed being there. The beach was gorgeous and we even saw whales in the distance. Beautiful.

We started out in the standard Preserve rooms and to be honest, we were not impressed. The room was not as advertised and just felt old and basic. We decided to upgrade to a Sanctuary corner room and it totally saved the trip. It was absolutely one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in. Views were great and the vibe was modern and fun. The outdoor hot tube was just what we wanted. Food was exceptional. We’re not total foodies but appreciate good food and great experiences. All of the food we had was great and far above most resorts. The staff was exceptional. Efrain, Nitza, Andrea and Edson were particularly fantastic. We felt welcomed and appreciated. They are superb at their jobs and should be commended. We’ve stayed at the Garza Blanca here and in Cabo. Cancun might be next.

The room was beautiful & very clean. As was the property, it has had a nice renovation . The staff were very attentive & wanted to help out in anyway. Pool staff made sure we were looked after. The food was delicious & plentiful. They went above & beyond our expectations
