The staff we encountered were great. He Len at the front desk remembered my name the next morning. Which was impressive considering how many people she meets. My car was ready for me the next morning without having to call for it. They park your car for you and bring it down in the morning when you call for it.
The room was all we needed. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast met all our needs. A mixture of western and Korean foods. It’s in a good location. We could walk to local stores and restaurants. I would stay here again if I visited Korea again.

Check in staff was rude. When I asked for options to upgrade our room. He snapped that they were full before I could complete my sentence. Very impatient and unfriendly.
