"Clean; nice and helpful staff"

"전반적으로 깨끗한 편이었고 세탁기 등 구비된 기계들이 좋습니다. 장기 스테이분들에게 추천해드릴 수 있을 거 같습니다. 햇빛이 잘 들어와서 기분 전환에도 좋았습니다. 그렇지만 청결면에서는 아무래도 보완할 부분이 있을 거 같습니다. 1) 환기가 잘 안되는지 침구나 방에서 특히 인조적 방향제 향이 너무 심했어요ㅠㅠ 체크인 전에 엄청 급하게 뿌려진 느낌? 부모님은 예민하셔서 계시는 내내 마스터방 못쓰고 더 작은방 쓰셨네요. 2) 화장실 싱크 물틀때 하수구 냄새 같은 냄새 많이 납니다. ㅠ 이건 단순한 문제는 아니고 건물 시스템과 연결되겠지만… 개선되면 좋겠네요. 3) 단독정원이라고 들었는데 갑자기 다른 층 투숙객이 들어와서 당황스러웠던… 잠깐 있었던 일이고 문제는 없었지만 다른 손님들에게 확실한 고지가 필요할 거 같아요. 그냥 주차장 쪽에서 들어올 수 있는 틈이 있어서 걸어 들어왔다고 하더라구요. 특히 가든쪽 창문들 다 개방 가능하고 노출 많은 구조여서 이점 보완해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 그치만 다용도실, 특히 분리수거 시스템 너무 좋았고 전반적으로 정말 편리했어요! 신경쓰시는 게 느껴져서 감사했습니다. "This pension was good value. The property needs some TLC. Overall, it worked out well for our short visit."

"This was not your typical resort. I give credit that the front desk staff was the only thing good about this stay. She was nice to deal with and was the only staff I saw my entire stay. Let’s start with the rooms. We had a family of 8 with two rooms. Each room consist of an actual bedroom and another where the guests slept on futon mattresses. These were not good. We paid an extra 15,000 won to make it thicker for them. The resort could easily put actual beds in them but not sure why. Futons mattresses do not work. Because … there were bugs around you when you woke up. That’s the second issue, both our rooms kept allow bugs/flies into the room even though we closed the door fully and the patio screen door was locked each night. Regardless the bugs kept finding a way in. The pool felt dated and not maintained. There were sharp edged stairs in the pool that were not clearly marked and I would hit my feet into them. I hope you rented a car because there is noting remotely close to a grocery store or many restaurants near you. The hotel has one but it’s too expensive for what it is. We didn’t eat there as they couldn’t serve our party size. I would do your research if you’re staying here. It’s a 10 year old resort that has showed its age and needs renovation to make it accommodating to future guests. Recommendation: put some actual beds into each room and deal with the bugs situation. Nobody wants to wake up to bugs on the floor and ceiling. "
