We found the room comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There was no issue with parking. I would stay there again.

The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. The restaurant on site was excellent with a nicely varied menu for breakfast and supper and was priced comparatively to the surrounding pubs. Most of all ALL the hotel staff were friendly, efficient and really made our stay special. A shout out to Manager Jeremy who seemed to be everywhere and willing to engage to ensure our stay was 100%, which it was.

Everything was as expected in a good hotel. The Housekeeping staff kept my room spotless. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were enormous! The wait staff were very accommodating. It was very useful to be able to borrow a hotel umbrella! I would stay here again if I was ever in Halifax in the future.

Room was exceptional and so clean. Loved the Aesop touches. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good but not included in price of room stay. Amenities amazing but lacked a communal shower in spa area near steam room and sauna which isn’t great for hygiene. The speakeasy bar is a great touch! Delicious and well made cocktails.

We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday last year and this year. The room was the same, cleaned and well maintained. My daughter loves the pool however it was a bit cold so we only let her swim for less than an hour.
