The room had rotting stainless steel, the bathtub had a leakage that the water got to my bedroom. The elevator didn’t work I was on the 3rd floor in room 2313. The food area called Fresco the food was garbage it was like worst than frozen dinners. I got no upgrade or amenities for the broken elevator the bathroom leakage. The upper management were insensitive to me & treated me as a local. I complained to Expedia on my 5th which was my Bday, because I called to complain they were attentive in the restaurant

Everyone made my stay at the resort enjoyable to the point where I want to return back in a couple of months. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service was attentive without being overwhelming, and every interaction felt warm and sincere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, giving me the perfect space to relax. The amenities were top-tier, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was peaceful and inviting. Overall, it was an experience that went beyond my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon.
