Cancun South Ski Vacations

La parte de adulto solo muy lindo pero tiene varias cosas que me gustarían que supieran, para comenzar no tiene mucho personal de trabajo cómo en el Front desk y camareros, sin contar que me fui a la piscina a las 9 am y me acerco a pedir un trago de alcohol y me dicen en la barra que solo pueden dar agua y refresco hasta las 11 am cosa que veo súper mal ya que si uno está pagando por un hotel todo incluido y lo que quiere es beber y no tener limitaciones…. Si lo que quieres es beber y fiestar es el hotel incorrecto….

The ocean was visible from my room. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended

Beach was amazing. Resort was very modern and beautiful. Food was good (not spectacular) and staff were friendly and helpful. One downside was the "butler" experience. 2 butlers were assigned to us and neither one even tried to meet us during our week. One wanted to"say hello" on our last day, I assume to collect a tip for sending a Whattsapp message each day to simply say she was there. Also, the adult only pool area was always full of ants. I never saw anyone hosing the spilled sugary drinks from the pool deck at any point during the week and I would use bottles water to soak the area around my chairs to deter the ants. There was also black mold in the grout lines of the pool and I never saw anyone clean the pool all week which makes me suspect deficiencies in other areas of cleaning. Entertainment was ok. The best entertainment was the live band that plays for short periods in the main square after the theatre shows. Wish there was more of that. For the price I expected a bit higher level experience but if you are a beach person you will not be disappointed.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

The property was good overall. The food was decent and staff were helpful. I had issue with booking my stay online via Expedia. I thought when you booked a room it was for two guests, obviously it wasn’t and I had to shell out another thousand dollars for my spouse to stay with me in same room. I felt Expedia agents were really unhelpful in resolving my issues, especially one of their male agents that ghosted me when I most needed their help/support. When you book your stay, pay particular attention to the number of guests allowed. Also the taxes charged at the property were 3x higher than what Expedia quoted. I’m so disappointed with Expedia and won’t be booking my stays anytime soon with them. Very disappointed with Expedia service!
