"Cockroaches in bedroom. Broken AC in the room which the staff refused to believe was a problem. Staff attitude was poor and uninterested in resolving the issue. Noisy room. A no overhead lighting and black paint made the room feel oppressive. Don't bring your family here. Barely acceptable for one ..."
