The room had such poor lighting, one of the lights didn't work. Wasn't much conditioner in the shower, the sliding glass door was so difficult to open, no microwave in the room, the bathroom was nice tho. The staff was nice. Cookies are always good, the pillows were nice and comfy. HOWEVER, what's the deal about charging $17 for parking? Im a paying guest. I felt like I did not get my money's worth and probably could have had a better experience going to the comfort suites spend less money with more amenities. Won't go to another double tree. I didn't feel like a premium customer.

This hotel needs to be renovated. It’s very outdated. Ceiling is peeling. Carpet is so old. We changed rooms because the AC is broken in many rooms. It’s a hotel with history but just come for the high tea and experience the lobby. Don’t stay here.

Old school charm, great restraunt, friendly helpful staff, great bed-linens, location

I absolutely love the decor and I love how there is so many practical components, such as a desk, a sink, coffee makers, and garbage disposals compacted into such a small place. It was so comfortable and cozy. All my needs were met and it was in a cool area of Denver that was easily accessible to the events that I was going to. The yoga mat and the water stations were an added touch!

Great experience & location. It was very walkable & easy to get around.
