South Las Vegas Kid friendly Vacations

They said the valet was 24 hours and it wasn’t. The pool closes at seven. Nobody was there to help you at check-in even with the long line. Expedia said there was a free breakfast which there wasn’t.

This was my first time staying at the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas, and I would definitely stay here again. I booked a 1,320 sq ft suite, and it was perfect for everything we needed. My only complaint is the refrigerator situation. In a suite of this size, guests should have access to a refrigerator for their own drinks and snacks. Instead, the fridge is stocked as a mini bar, with charges for removing items. I would much rather have a usable refrigerator than an overpriced mini bar. It's a small issue, but one that would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Lovely Suite for the 2 days that we stayed. The sewage smell was horrible tho and the water in the shower didn’t go down the drain, and was extremely COLD! My wife was scared to test out the Bath tub/Jacuzzi. We actually left and booked the Hilton on our 3rd day to keep the trip pleasant.

Beautiful hotel and perfect balance of being close to the strip but without the chaos/smoke/tackiness of the strip.

The Palazzo is beautiful. We never stay anywhere else because its always the same - amazing. If I had a complaint it would only be that the temperature in the hallways of the room floors is very cold. Water pressure in the showers could be bit better. But these are small things compared to all the positives!

Very impressive property. Had not stayed there in many years. Spent the days at the pool. Super attentive pool area staff, Riley, John and Carson were amazing.
