Service was good. Stuffs are very helpful. The room felt quite outdated and in need of renovation. The faucet at the sink was dirty around the handle area and was difficult to operate. We also found hair on all of the bath towels, which was very concerning. In addition, there was hair on the bed, and the bedding had some yellowish stains. Overall, the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standard we would expect from a hotel of this level.
