First off we got there a couple hours earlier than check-in which is fine we figured the room wouldn’t be ready so we were told we could leave our luggage and explore while we wait for the room to be ready. We were told we would be emailed when the room was ready and that it would be no later than 4. 4:15 comes around and we finally decided to go check if the room was ready since we didn’t get the email. It was finally ready but if we hadn’t had come to check we wouldn’t have known. The front desk employees were pretty rude and gave little to no explanation of anything. We were told once and they expected us to know what you were doing even if you weren’t from there. Very large deposit which seemed crazy to me but okay whatever. We get in the room and see what it’s about, it’s fine at the time and we continue with our stay. It did have a funky smell which I didn’t know at the time was mold/mildew but I figured it was just a foreign smell to me. After a couple of days of being there, we realized that it was indeed mold/mildew in the bathroom. Okay that was whatever our stay was almost over so I wasn’t too worried about it. Then we found out that the linens would not be replaced unless you paid extra for them to be. So I thought that was pretty bad especially us staying for 4 nights 5 days. I decided to just flip the bedding and there was a nice-sized stain on the sheets. (Thankfully we bring our own blanket so no need for the sheets) I would have chosen elsewhere

The hotel is located in a good location close to the main sightseeing places. The room was clean and they cleaned it everyday. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I was a bit underwhelmed is the breakfast buffet, It's alot of items but some items didn't taste that good.

The noisiest hotel in the UK! Old good-for-nothing building. Never had people walking on other floors or flush noises from other side of the building come through this much! The worst part was the people above me getting ready at 4am for god knows what. Every step, every movement of the suitcase, every thing dropped sounds like a bomb dropped. I couldn't sleep at all. Had to call the concierge four times! Took my money back and left immediately in the morning! They had the audacity to try to charge me for an extra night as per their policy. After some words, they saw the error in their policy. Avoid at all cost!!!
