Hotel Granvia Osaka
I didn’t experience the laundry. Lounge bar have a good selection of drinks and small bites other that the staff has not hospitality and they seem to be more involved into what guest would take to their rooms than asking if they can or could do anything extra very disappointed.

Friendly staff, especially the front desk, clean rooms and they’re very generous with the towels. The place is affordable and the amenities like the sauna are top notch. It’s also very close to the bus station and the train station. 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori. would definitely stay again.
