“Perfect stay every single time. love this adorable inn. Can always expect clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to everything the beautiful town of Burnsville has to offer.”

“Service was very slow at breakfast in the restaurant, even though there were only two other couples dining.”

“The room was not clean to satisfaction, The bathroom floor was really nasty, no phone in the room to contact front desk, no hot water in sink, and the shower was not working properly. When you got up off the bed it made a strange noise, This is a terrible place to stay i would not recommend it to anyone!”

“Okay, it's nice enough for hiking and it's clean with a good view. Unfortunately, there is no blow dryer and the communication with the staff is hit or miss. I asked for a 3rd for room with my reservation, but the hotel owners said second floor would be better. Well, you can hear everything from the people above (stomping around and yelling). The area was hit hard from Helene...a lot lf trails still closed and not much for restaurant options in downtown Spruce Pine as they're still recovering.”

“Perfect for a short stay. Close to the Blue Ridge and lots of hikes”

“Awesome place clean and comfortable”

“Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. ”

“Room was very clean, and nicely renovated. They are renovating the whole property so it’s dusty but the staff was also great!”

“Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the...

“You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel, but it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stop. The staff was great and let me check in early, plus they were kind enough to let me park my motorcycle under the front entrance canopy. The room was a generous size, though the decor and fixtures felt stuck in the '80s. The couch was pretty worn and stained, and the shower handle was loose (though the water pressure made up for it). My heater also blew cold air even set to 78°F, but...

“Service personnel were super friendly and impressive. You could tell they love taking care of the guests!”
