Very nice spacious room with beautiful view. Only issue was there was no heat in the bathroom. We’d definitely go back again. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating."

"The best feature about this hotel is the beautiful view of Seneca Lake and the balcony. It’s in a fairly quiet location and parking is conveniently located right in front of your door. The bathroom is tiny and there’s no vanity to put your things down on. The TV had tons of channels, but the remote was finicky and hard to operate. There was nobody in the office for the three days that we were there. The bed was comfortable and the mini coffee machine in the room made delicious hot coffee."
