“Rooms were incredibly small and very dated, very noisy and right next to a busy highway the breakfast was a joke, it was in the office that was very small and was called "a cold breakfast" I did not even go in Mabey they had coffee I don't know. The only thing that was nice was the view out of the back, but it did not make up for the crappy bed and rock hard pillows and the noise when you wanted to sleep.”

The owner has thought of all the small details that make a difference. There's a nice hot tub and patio seating area for breakfast if weather permits. Plus lawn games and a view that is so serene and beautiful. I can't even begin to express how amazing the breakfast was, plus a coffee/tea bar in the hallway outside the rooms. “Easy access to the Freeway store close by. The staff was great, the pool and hot tub so nice, a great way to end a day of travel. We will definitely stop here on our trip down and back to Yuma next season.”

“Didn't even know a pool existed, and my AC didn't work In my room, it was hot as heck in our room made it a miserable stay and had problems with our TV had to have someone come up and switch out the remote and then the same thing happened got tired of having to ask the front desk to come assist, also my pillows didn't even have pillow cases on them.”

“It was super quiet and for that - a nice retreat. Amenities are far away so guests will need to have everything with, otherwise a drive for such could be 10+ miles. No frills at all, but quiet and affordable”
