“Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Restaurant excellent, bons plats locaux ! Vaut absolument ses 4 étoiles. Dès que l'on sort de l'hôtel c'est un peu plus compliqué (sale, bruyant, trafic, peu de magasins et autres restaurants) mais bon c'est l'Albanie en général.”
“POS wasn’t working so could not pay with credit card. Paid with USD (didn’t have enough €) so got a terrible exchange rate. Other than that front desk was nice and they even offered to pack breakfast for an early departure ”
“We are a family of five and found the classic suite and a two twin bed room very comfortable. Beds were comfy, the rooms large and the outdoor pool was wonderful. A large mall is a less than 10 minute walk from the property. Check in staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was great. Thanks for a great stay on our last night in beautiful Albania. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport and really enjoyed it.”
