“This hotel is actually student housing at local university that is sold to out of town visitors. It is considerably cheaper than other options out there and is was fully booked when I tried to get a room few days later. Hotel building is separated from the building where reception is located and it requires bit of a walk to get to your building/room. No TV in the room but only a single bed and a desk, a table, a safe and a bathroom attached. Therefore this accommodation is for single traveler...

“Perfect location just outside of the city, but in a Great Seattle neighborhood! Great place for people who are out and about in the day. Walls are thin just fyi, but I would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was fantastic as well! ”

“Even though the suite is small, it’s clean and serves its purpose! Each suite seems to have its own private bathroom, though they aren’t attached to the suite so you have to enter a common hall to use the bathroom. Each one has a code though and feels secure and is well stocked with towels and paper products. Bed was comfy, building was quiet! Check in was super easy and street parking wasn’t too hard to find!”
