"There was a small issue with one of my room bookings, however the staff offered us a $20 credit to use which was very appreciative. The rooms were comfortable, smelled very good. Hyatt will be my go to for traveling from now on. "
"I went for my partners birthday, I had a hotel decorator and the hotel staff was very friendly and made the transition very smooth to carry out the surprise. The cleaning staff were also amazing very attentive! My experience at the hotel was 10/10. My lights in my room did go out but they came back on in a timely fashion after alerting the staff. The only complaint that I have is that I used Uber’s around the city so if you are visiting I suggest getting a rental car instead of using Uber or other transportation apps because the hotel is a good ways away from downtown and some main activities. Overall I had a wonderful time, the room decor was amazing, the staff was welcoming, and I give the location of the hotel a 7/10 if your looking to enjoy downtown Houston. "
"We enjoyed this hotel very much. Conveniently located right in the mall, we ate at Joey Uptown across the street and it was delicious. Bedding and room were very nice and clean. There were actually multiple layers of bedding which I appreciate rather than the thin "blanket/sheet" that seems to be popular. We would definitely stay here again. A+++"
"Service was very good, everyone on staff was attentive and diligent. For the price point it is a fairly well suited property. It can appear a bit dated within the rooms but the pros outweigh the cons overall. "
