“We booked this hotel kind of last minute, so I was a little nervous- The property itself seems a little bit older, but the owners have done an excellent job maintaining this property. We had a room with a kitchen and everything looked freshly painted. The parking lot lines and exterior looked freshly painted. The grout, sheets, and towels were all bright white- we were very pleasantly surprised. Both staff at the front desk that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.”

“It was a fantastic place to stay. I mean i was there for two days and everything was great. When i was checking in they let me use a charger cause I thought I lost my wallet and they were understanding, gave me a good recommendation for good BBQ. The staff was amazing keep hp the good work.”

“No nos dejaron ni entrar a la habitación, en la app salía una hora de check in y estando en el hotel dijeron otra. Y solo la recepción olía muy mal. Ya hice la queja con mi banco para poder obtener el reembolso porque ellos no lo dan.”

“This property was disappointing and not at all as advertised. Dirty floors, stained pillows, blocked bath drain, leaky pipe in kitchen, and very greasy hob rings causing smoke when cooking were a problem for us. Complicated checking in process was frustrating. Property certainly not of a high standard and not value for the money paid. Constantly had sllep disrupted by noisy people in room above.It is in a good location for the Medical Center and Hermann Park.”

“I booked for two nights stay Fri night and Saturday night. As my flight was only arriving at 5am on Saturday morning I booked Fri night also so that I could check in immediately on arrival. I messaged the property of this and got as n acknowledgment and phone no to call on arrival. Despite this my reservation was cancelled as a no show while I was flying. I found out about this on landing and calling the hotel. They would not reinstate by booking saying it couldn’t be done through their computer...
