“This took place in Galveston, Tx. on Broadway St. July 31st on a Friday afternoon. entire room was stinky and smelling nasty. There was black mold on the ceiling at the entry way. Not a place to stay, "Period" The person at the front desk said, the manager would be busy for the next few hours, in order to receive a refund or just charge me a cancelation fee of $50. Three days later Residency Inn has still not reached out to me by phone or E-Mail. Thank you for your time. ”
