“I booked a room with a few upgrades months before n advance. I got to the property the day of checkin only to be told that they did not have the room available. The upgrades that I had paid for didn’t matter and they had no other room to put me in. If I left and tried somewhere else, the cost would be significantly more at that point. I lost the money that was paid and simply received an apology… not happy at all with the experience. The pictures looked better than the property. It smelled in...

“The property was great. I loved all of the amenities my children enjoy the complementary breakfast. My older child would have liked a deeper and larger pool, but my younger nine-year-old enjoyed playing in the pool. Our room had a great view of the pleasure Pierre and beach. The staff was excellent very helpful very kind and courteous. I enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to coming back and booking again at the same location.”
